KARACHI: Tuesday’s weather is predicted to be partly cloudy and humid, so the city’s residents will likely be pining for more heavy rain.
Even though drizzle and light rain are predicted by the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) during the evening or night, the port city has been dealing with this for days now. It could give the locals a little relief from the sweltering heat.
The Met Office reports that the minimum temperature was 29.7°C, and the highest temperature is predicted to be between 34 and 36°C.
According to the meteorological authority, the air had an 80% humidity ratio and the sea winds were blowing between 21 and 25 km/h.According to meteorologist Jawad Memon, the megalopolis was sweltering a day earlier, with daytime highs of 46°C.
Memon did, however, mention that between July 24 and 28, a rain system that is forming in the Bay of Bengal might impact Sindh. He suggested that Karachi might see rain if Gujarat, an Indian coastal state, was affected by the same system.
