Due to the Water Tanker Association’s announcement of a strike in the city, residents of Karachi may experience a severe water shortage.
No water tankers will be spotted on the streets after the strike starts at 7 p.m. today.
Five water tankers were burned at Jail Chowrangi, according to Badshah Khan, president of the Water Tanker Association. The association has responded to this act of aggression with extreme measures.
Khan also promised that the group would use nonviolent means to address any violent incidents.
Residents who depend on tankers for their water supply are likely to face serious challenges as a result of the strike, which will stop the delivery of water via these vehicles.
