Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfraz of the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) stated on Monday that Karachi may see hot weather during the final ten days of Ramadan as the city’s heat intensity is predicted to increase starting on March 20.
However, the top meteorologist predicted that the first few days of the holy month will likely have mostly good weather. “The sea breezes will make the nights better and the days relatively hot,” he insisted.
According to the official weather forecast, Tuesday and Wednesday nights could see a little rise in the cold wave, with temperatures dropping to 10 to 12°C.
The PMD predicts dry, cool weather for the next 24 hours, with the lowest temperature dropping to 13 to 11 degrees Celsius.
