The ‘wonderful news’ that Princess Kate Middleton received comes two days after Princess Beatrice gave birth to her second child.
“Mr. Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi and Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice are delighted to announce the safe arrival of their daughter, Athena Elizabeth Rose Mapelli Mozzi,” the palace said.
“The family is enjoying spending time with Athena’s older siblings, Wolfie and Sienna, and her Royal Highness and her daughter are doing well and staying healthy.”
Kate Middleton was thrilled to learn that she was now the Patron of Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice, two days after the pregnancy was announced.
“We are thrilled to announce that Her Royal Highness the Princess of Wales has become the Patron of Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice as of today,” the charity said.
“The declaration was made.”
