Historic Royal Palaces issued the warning over the weekend.

Meanwhile, AFP reports that storm Bert’s powerful winds and torrential rains pounded most of Britain once more on Sunday, resulting in “devastating” flooding, particularly in Wales, and that approximately 100 flood alarms were issued across the country.
