District Police Officer (DPO) Azhar Khan stated that the police were notified of a body found in the fields that was subsequently confirmed to be the well-known actress.
Shehryar, Khushboo’s brother, told the police that the accused had advised the actress several times not to appear at music performances.
She was allegedly shot and her body dumped in the fields after she refused to obey. Since then, the police have taken her body to a hospital so that it may be examined post-mortem.
Based on Shehryar’s complaint, two people have been charged with murder. To find the suspects in this horrible act, the authorities are conducting raids.
