By recording a rendition of Eartha Kitt’s classic holiday hit, Santa Baby, Kim Kardashian has unexpectedly returned to the music industry with a festive twist.
Travis Barker, Kim’s brother-in-law and the husband of her sister Kourtney Kardashian, produced the song, which was released late on Sunday.
The song was made available through Kimsaprincess, Inc. and Barker’s DTA Records.
The short, which had a dystopian tone and was directed by Nadia Lee Cohen and Charlie Denis, showed Kim crawling on all fours while wearing a blonde wig and surrounded by cash that was strewn around.
Along with the eerie video, Kim posted the project to social media with the caption, “SANTA BABY, FILM DIRECTED BY NADIA LEE COHEN & CHARLIE DENIS, SONG PRODUCED BY TRAVIS BARKER.”
