A royal specialist has said that King Charles will not abdicate despite calls to do so following his surgery and cancer diagnosis.
During an interview with GB News, royal expert Tom Bower made the following assertions.
Bower said when asked if he believes King Charles will ever abdicate the throne.
He stated: “He will not abdicate. And abdicating would be detrimental to both the monarchy and the British people.
“There’s no explanation for this. God, we have made incredible progress in cancer treatment.”
The royal expert went on to say, “Let’s be optimistic and hope that by the summer this is all over and he and the Princess of Wales, Kate, are back working and serving the country.”
“I believe that is what we should all strive for,” Tom Bower remarked.

Regarding Prince William, the royal expert stated that the Prince of Wales would not force his father, King Charles, to abdicate.
Tom Bower, on the other hand, stated: “I think he’s got a very loyal son in William who will not be pushing his father to step aside.”
