Under the Anti-Terrorism Act, a charge has been filed against Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for allegedly instigating violence and organizing an attack on a toll plaza with 300 unidentified people.
The case was lodged at the Manawan police station in Lahore.
The KP CM and a group of 250–300 persons are charged in the FIR with breaking windows at the Sialkot–Lahore Motorway toll plaza, where police officers were stationed.
The gang, supposedly under the leadership of Gandapur, also tried setting cars on fire.
Serious accusations like terrorism, attempted murder, and vandalism are included in the case, which was brought on SHO Hudiara Hamas Hameed’s complaint.
