KURRAM: As the deadly tribal skirmishes raged for the eleventh day in a row, authorities said that at least six more persons were killed and eight more were injured in District Kurram on Sunday.
According to police, the number of fatalities from recent violent occurrences has risen to 130, and 186 people have been injured.
The main Peshawar-Parachinar road has been closed for travel due to the ongoing unrest in the tribal town. On the other hand, commutes at the Kharlachi border between Pakistan and Afghanistan have also been halted.
There is a shortage of food, medication, and oil in the area as a result of artery closure.
Additionally, there is a communication blackout in the Kurram region, with educational institutions closed and internet and cellphone services blocked.
