Van Noy was not pleased with his treatment by the Chiefs’ training staff. In the most recent episode of his podcast, he said that the employees were “extremely unprofessional.”
The veteran NFL player said on “McCoy & Van Noy” with Gerald McCoy, “I just feel like, as a player, people have that expectation of you being professional, handling business.” And I felt like I wasn’t given what I needed from them while I was in need.
Then you start asking questions like, “Did they take longer because I play for the Ravens?” Blah, blah, blah, blah. Just those are the ideas that go into it. It wasn’t that, in my opinion. However, I also don’t want them to publicly apologize. That’s just the way things are. Like, everything is OK. They don’t have to issue a public release apologizing and saying, “We take care of our players,” blah blah blah. I was there when it happened.
