Vice President Francia Marquez invited Harry and Meghan to the country.
It is thought that the tour will highlight Colombia’s legacy while also focusing on how to establish safer online places.
This visit comes after the couple’s journey to Nigeria earlier this year.
Although these are not official state visits because the Sussexes are no longer working royals, their journey to Colombia will most likely appear and feel like one.
Harry and Meghan will visit the capital Bogata, as well as the Caribbean and Pacific areas of Cartagena and Cali.
It is reported that the couple is looking forward to their trip, which will include meetings with young people and youth leaders.
Ms Marquez said in a statement that she was “pleased” the Sussexes accepted her invitation, which will “illuminate Colombia’s role as a beacon of culture and innovation”.
Colombia will host the international Ending Violence Against Children conference in November, which will include initiatives to promote internet safety and combat cyberbullying.
Several of the couple’s engagements will focus on these issues, which are intimately related to the work of their Archewell Foundation.
