The two were taken into custody, according to Norfolk Police, when a man in his 60s claimed to have been punched outside Norwich’s stadium on Carrow Road.
The man, who had a laceration on his chin, is thought to have been thrown an object, the force continued.
He did not require any further care after being assessed by paramedics on the scene.
A male in his late teens was reportedly detained by police on suspicion of assault .
A second man, in his 50s, was taken into custody on charges of hitting a paramedic.
As of Sunday night, both males were under arrest.
