Following his breakthrough performance in The White Lotus, Leo Woodall has talked candidly about going to therapy to deal with the demands of celebrity.
The 28-year-old actor revealed on the Reign with Josh Smith podcast that he sought professional assistance to help him stay grounded in the face of the unexpected publicity.
“I think it takes therapy,” Woodall stated of this. “I think everyone should do that,” he said, highlighting how the experience boosted his resilience and self-esteem.
As he reflected on his speedy ascent, he told the Daily Mail, “When things started to really kick off with White Lotus, I had to rally quickly and make sure I protect myself, stay sane, and don’t lose myself.”
