According to Lisa Squire, women who report minor sexual offenses are “not making something out of nothing” and “it’s not normal behavior.” These actions aren’t done by typical men.”
In 2019, Libby, 21, was kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and killed as he was on his way back from a Hull club.
In the student section of the city, her killer, Pawel Relowicz, had committed various sexual offenses, including spying young ladies from windows and breaking into their homes to steal private goods.
There was “quite clearly an escalation from the lower sort of crimes, right up until the weekend before he killed her, where he had escalated quite significantly,” Lisa, Libby’s mother, said on News’s The UK Tonight With Sarah-Jane Mee.
Mrs. Squire believes that just weeks before killing Libby, Relowicz exposed himself to her.
From now on, she is pushing women to report non-contact offenses, saying that this is the “only way we can spot them.”.
