Speaking on the Politics Hub With Sophy Ridge on News was Lord Stuart Rose, the current head of Asda and the former CEO of Marks and Spencer.
Sophy was informed by Lord Rose that he is “a Conservative because I believe in Conservative values” and that he is “not a mouthpiece for the government”.
When asked how the Labour Party currently stands, he replied that they “certainly appear” to be pro-business.
“Sooner rather than later” is when the Conservative peer indicated he would “like to see” elections.
