In response to the recent terrorist assault in Parachinar, which claimed 42 lives when opponents opened fire randomly on a convoy of more than 100 vehicles traveling from Peshawar to Parachinar to Peshawar, Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) members staged a protest in Khardar.
The demonstrators were deeply saddened by the attack’s horrific death toll, which included mothers and infants.
MWM officials referred to the situation as a national tragedy and declared three days of mourning. The demonstrators urged the authorities to conduct an operation across Kurram Agency and the entire province and called for prompt action.
They also demanded that the terrorists who carried out the attack and those who assisted them be apprehended.
