The 29-year-old, whose true name is Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos, acknowledged exceeding the speed limit on a Perth highway last month by over 60 km/h (37 mph).
He has not yet entered a plea to eight charges of sexual assault, involving claims that he assaulted a lady in his hotel room in Perth during a September performance at a nightclub.
Barrientos has aired shows on news Three and is most recognized for his work with the YouTube collective Beta Squad.
When Barrientos appeared in Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday, his attorney informed him that he would submit a guilty plea to the driving offense, leading to the seizure of his vehicle.
