The woman had come to visit her daughter when the suspect reportedly attacked her. The defendant allegedly took advantage of the victim’s condition and violated her during the nighttime incident.
When the horrifying deed happened, the mother-in-law—who is deaf and hard of hearing—had come to spend time with her daughter.
The suspect’s wife, the victim’s daughter, reported the event to the authorities when it happened. Authorities filed a report and started looking into the situation.
