During an attempted robbery in Karachi, a father was slain and his son was hurt. As the victim, Abdul Malik, was walking out of a bank with Rs. 1 million, the crime happened close to Bilal Chowrangi.
Malik and his son are being approached by three criminals on two motorcycles, according to CCTV footage that Aaj News was able to get. Malik hurled the sack of cash into the air as the bandits tried to rob them.
Then the bandits opened fire, leaving Malik critically injured. When the robber took up the bag, some of the money spilled out onto the ground due to the wind’s force. A disturbance ensued as onlookers started gathering the cash.
One of the robbers was injured when Malik’s son got out of the car and opened fire on them.
