Marilyn Manson has withdrawn his lawsuit against Evan Rachel Wood, his ex-fiance.
The legendary rock star agreed to pay her legal fees, which are reportedly a staggering $327,000. This comes 18 months after a Los Angeles County judge dismissed a large portion of Manson’s 2022 claim, which claimed that Wood had made up public accusations of sexual and physical assault and even urged other women to file their own claims.
In his statement, Manson’s attorney Howard King stated, “After four years of fighting a battle where he was able to tell the truth, Brian (Manson’s legal name) is pleased to dismiss his still-pending claims and appeal in order to close the door on this chapter of his life,” according to RTE.
