Ali Amin Gandapur, the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has challenged Maryam Nawaz, the chief minister of Punjab, to a discussion on governance performance. He claims that although Nawaz is not a member of the PDM administration, he has raised revenue by 55% while Punjab has only grown income by 12%.
Regarding provincial government, Gandapur emphasized that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has effectively improved its financial situation in contrast to Punjab.
“I am not my uncle, and I am not a member of the PDM government, but I have raised revenue by 55% while Punjab is at 12% and still losing money,” he said.
Free health insurance and laptops
For KP students, Gandapur announced a free laptop program, guaranteeing their receipt.
