Maryam Nawaz, the chief minister of Punjab, has launched a groundbreaking plan to give the province’s homeless and impoverished residents free 3-marla plots.
In the project’s initial phase, 1,892 plots will be dispersed among 22 districts using 33 distinct methods.
Plot distribution breakdown in the initial stage
In line with the government’s strategy:
- Rawalpindi Division: 4 districts, 5 schemes, 658 plots.
- Faisalabad Division: 5 districts, 4 schemes, 288 plots.
- Lahore Region: 3 districts, 518 plots, 5 schemes.
- Bhakkar Region: 7 plans with 131 plots.
- Multan Region: 5 districts, 9 schemes, and 270 plots.
- Bahawalpur Region: 3 schemes with 27 plots.
