KARACHI: According to a spokesman for the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), Umar Khan, 167,077 students will take the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) this year, which is scheduled for September 22 (Sunday) in Karachi.
The test will be administered by Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), and it will be held at both DUHS’s Ojha campus and NED University, according to the spokeswoman.
According to the official, 38,000 students from the remainder of Sindh and 13,000 pupils from Karachi will take the test.
It should be mentioned that the exam is being held for 858 spots at Karachi’s universities and schools of medicine and dentistry.
The candidates are advised to bring their computerized national identity cards (B-forms), residence cards (PRC), and admission cards.
