Meghan opened up to the Royal Family three years ago about her struggles with mental health during her crises.
Reflecting on her decision to speak out, she has recently stated: “I feel that when you’ve experienced any amount of grief or trauma, part of our recovery path, and certainly part of mine, is being able to be completely honest about it.
“And I haven’t really scraped the surface of my experience, but I do think that I would never want someone else to feel that way.”
She told News: “And I would never want someone else to make those kinds of plans, and I would never want someone else to be disbelieved.”
So, if sharing what I’ve conquered helps someone or encourages someone in their lives to actually check in on them and not think that just because they look beautiful, everything is well, it’s worth it.
