KARACHI: According to the Met Office, Karachi saw a drop in temperature to 9 degrees Celsius on Monday, and the next day is expected to be cold and dry.
The port city’s minimum temperature is expected to be between 7°C and 9°C for the next 24 hours, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).
On the other hand, it stated that the air was 63% humid and the winds were blowing 5 kilometers from the northeast.
However, according to the PMD, Quetta experienced a chilling -7°C drop in temperature, which is frequently attributed to the recent wave of cold weather in Karachi.
It should be mentioned that the first rain of the winter season fell in Karachi.
