Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi was called by President Awami National Party (ANP) Senator Aimal Wali Khan in Islamabad.
During the meeting, topics of common interest and the state of the nation as a whole were covered.
The Interior Minister spoke on the occasion, stating that Pakistan is a voice in the national narrative against terrorism. He denounced terrorism in every way that it manifested itself.
The Minister of Interior gave a heartfelt tribute to the ANP martyrs who accepted martyrdom in the fight against terrorism. He urged everyone to confront terrorism by standing together. He declared that it is time to put aside partisanship and politics in order to rid Pakistan of terrorist organizations.
The Minister restated the government’s pledge to eradicate terrorism with the public’s backing.
