ISLAMABAD: As strong and moderate rains are predicted to fall on several regions of the nation in July, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has issued a warning concerning flash floods and landslides.
The National Emergencies Operation Center (NEOC) of the NDMA has released a detailed monsoon forecast for the month of July, detailing projected rainfall intensities and potential implications throughout various regions of Pakistan, according to an official statement released on Monday.
According to the forecast, significant to extremely heavy rainfall is anticipated in the fourth week of July, while isolated areas in the Mardan, Malakand, and Hazara divisions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are projected to see rainfall in the third week of July.
