Following Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), expressing a desire to hold talks with the military, Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) acknowledged on Saturday that he had multiple encounters with the institution, all of which ended in a dead end.
After meeting with the former premier who is currently detained in Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail, Gandapur declared that “no substantial outcome emerged in the interactions [with the establishment]”.
Gandapur made reference to his numerous meetings with the establishment while serving as the chief minister of KP.
