A government attorney told the anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday that Armaghan, the principal accused in the kidnapping and murder case of Mustafa Amir, was accused of providing drugs to hundreds of young people and torturing a number of girls and boys.
The case concerns the suspected abduction and killing of a BBA student who vanished on January 6. Police brought Armaghan into court during today’s hearings.
The attorney informed the court at the beginning of the hearing that the accused was “a very clever person” and that the murder weapon had not yet been recovered from the accused by the investigating team.
The attorney went on to explain that Armaghan remained in Skardu after committing the crime and traveled back to Karachi by car.
