Nawaz Sharif of the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), who visited the National Assembly to attend the Lower House of Parliament’s maiden session, claimed that drafting a letter to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is ‘anti-nationalism’.
Nawaz Sharif stated, “No political party or individual can write such a letter.” Who sent a letter to the IMF? He said.
“No one else can do what PTI did,” Nawaz Sharif said as the PTI sent a letter to the IMF ahead of negotiations with the international lender.
“One should himself conclude the results from the letter that was written to the IMF,” Nawaz Sharif, the Pakistani prime minister, remarked.
