Mohsin Dawar, Chairman of the National Democratic Movement (NDM), was injured in a shooting incident in Miranshah, North Waziristan, Geo News reported on Saturday, citing police officials.
The incident occurred as Dawar’s supporters were protesting the delay in election results.
According to the demonstrators, the police began firing and throwing tear gas during the event.
Moreover, some of Dawar’s associates incurred injuries in the incident.
According to the police, Dawar and the others who were injured were transferred to Miranshah Hospital.
