Miller, 35, has always insisted on his innocence and that the accusations are “100% false”; no charges have been brought against him.
The eight-time Pro Bowler was permitted to continue playing as the matter was looked into.
He declared to external reporters during the Bills’ training camp in July that he thought the case was resolved.
This season, Miller has made appearances in all four Bills games and has three sacks.
