Nicolas Cage’s film Bringing Out the Dead was released in 1999. Still, the movie wasn’t a big hit. The actor is now hopeful that the viewers would like a remastered version.
The Oscar winner discussed the psychological drama in which he played a paramedic who experienced a spiritual crisis in an interview with Deadline.
Indeed, I adore the film, and I believe it will endure. I recently watched it again. Paramount+ appears to have it. It hasn’t gone to a high-def digital version yet, but I’m looking forward to maybe doing an interview for the movie with Martin Scorsese for Paramount+, since I think the movie is worth another look,” he added.
“I genuinely think that is one of my best movies,” the National Treasure star went on. Between “Snake Eyes” and “National Treasure,” I saw this movie and felt it had the most peculiar way of filming. In my opinion, it was also the most abstract Martin Scorsese has ever used his approach.
