Nicole Kidman revealed that she has the original handwritten words to Elton John’s well-known song, which is a startling addition to her personal collection.
During her appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Thursday, January 30, the 57-year-old actress said that she purchased the original handwritten lyrics to John’s 1970 song Your Song, which were written by Bernie Taupin.
Following the 60-year-old host’s question on whether Kidman had ever approached someone for their autograph, she made this admission.
“Well, I’ve asked people to sign a copy of a book,” she said in response to Colbert’s query. Elton John and Philip Roth.
“We purchased the lyrics to ‘Your Song,'” the Baby Girl star continued.
