KARACHI: An oil spill from a ruptured furnace oil pipeline caused major traffic disruptions on the service road near Sea View in Karachi on Sunday morning, causing safety worries in the area.
According to the South superintendent of police (SSP), the leak was discovered at 6 a.m. in a pipeline run by Pakistan Refinery Limited (PRL) on Sea View Road.
Additionally, furnace oil seeped into an adjacent residential complex after spilling onto the service road.
