The Pakistan Army and students from the University College of Management and Sciences Khanewal recently shared a day at Okara Garrison. Students gained insights into military life and operations from the tour.
The kids visited the martyrs’ memorial and showed their respect by placing flowers on the memorial and said prayers for the troops who died there. They were given in-depth briefings on the Pakistan Army’s involvement in military hardware, combat drills, and national security.
The military officials gave information regarding small arms and modern weapons used in combat. Additionally, students were given a tour of armored vehicles so they could get a close-up look at military hardware.
This instructional tour sought to both commemorate the sacrifices made by Pakistani soldiers and improve students’ comprehension of military tactics and gear.
