According to West Midlands Police, Jahziah Coke passed away last Thursday following a stabbing at his Oldbury residence.
His mother released the following statement: “Jahziah was a very kind, courteous, and family-oriented young guy.
For legal reasons, the two youngsters cannot be identified, but they were taken into custody on Sunday.
Additionally, a man in his 40s is accused of aiding a criminal.
The three are being detained by the police and are scheduled to appear before Birmingham magistrates today.
The West Midlands Police have made a request for footage from a dash cam, doorbell, CCTV, or phone.
They clarified that, as part of the probe, they are not looking for anybody else.
