One of Eminem’s co-stars, who is now a well-known Marvel superhero, is providing behind-the-scenes footage from the movie 8 Mile, which just came out.
Eminem made his feature picture debut in 2002 with 8 Mile, which was partially based on his early rap fights in Detroit.
But the movie also marked Anthony Mackie’s first big-screen appearance as a rising star.
The actor who portrayed Papa Doc later became a significant character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Sam Wilson, also known as the new Captain America, according to the Daily Mail.
Mackie recently recounted how Eminem, whom he described as “a brilliant dude,” employed a cunning move during their rap battle scene in an interview with The Pivot Podcast.
