Prior to Liam’s untimely death, all of the band members had been negotiating a final reunion performance for their fans, a source informed Page Six.
But the singer’s “death changed everything” at age 31.
A reunion with all five members may now be unfeasible, the source revealed.
The group still wants to honor Liam with a tribute concert, they added.
Five members, including Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson, made up One Direction when it was founded in 2010.
However, the other members of the band also split up once Zayn left in 2015.
