A speeding bus owned by a private firm lost control and struck a wall close to the Shahrah-e-Faisal Baloch Colony flyover in Karachi.
Twenty other employees were injured in this event, and one employee died.
The bus with the company’s employees was traveling on Shahrah-e-Faisal, according to the police.
The bus’s front part sustained significant damage, and the collision locked the driver inside.
After racing to the scene, the police and rescue teams removed the body and took the injured people to Jinnah Hospital.
Traffic on Shahra-e-Faisal and the Baloch flyover was impeded by the collision.
Heavy recovery equipment was utilized by the traffic police to remove and convey the bus to the police station.
According to the police, they are looking into the situation and will quickly ascertain whether the driver’s negligence or any other aspect caused the tragedy.
