In the midst of expanding talks on opposition unification, the event brought together influential political personalities from different parties.
JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Mahmood Khan Achakzai of the Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP), Allama Nasir Abbas of the Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM), and Sahibzada Hamid Raza of the Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) were among the notable guests.
Other party representatives also took part, such as Liaqat Baloch of Jamaat-e-Islami, Zain Shah of the GDA, and Sajid Tareen of the BNP-Mengal. PTI leaders Latif Khosa, Shehram Tarakai, Atif Khan, and Asad Qaiser also attended the iftar.
