The lawsuit claims that he tried to coerce her into having oral sex and touched her breasts and genitalia.
Typically, those who report sexual abuse remain anonymous; however, Ms. O’Marcaigh publicly disclosed her allegations and gave her lawyers permission to use her identity.
Sean and Christian Combs’ attorney, Aaron Dyer, described the complaint as “lewd and meritless.”
