As part of the Community Skill Development Program, the Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps North have arranged a unique workshop for the ladies of Mohmand District. The goal of the course was to provide local women with useful skills for long-term employment, thereby empowering them.
180 women took part in the program, which addressed a range of subjects such as:
- Contemporary farming methods
- Using clean water to increase crop productivity
- Using local resources to produce honey
- Ability to sew and embroider
The program is a component of the Pakistan Army’s and Frontier Corps North’s continuous attempts to empower women in the area. The neighborhood showed appreciation for this significant advancement in giving women access to respectable jobs.
