In an entertaining final match, Pakistan Army defeated Pakistan WAPDA 3-0 to successfully defend their championship in the 25th Senior Men’s National Baseball Championship 2024. In the competition, Higher Education placed third, and WAPDA took second place.
There were nine elite teams from different departments and provinces competing in the competition, which got underway on June 30 at the Army Sports Directorate Cricket Ground in Rawalpindi. The Army, WAPDA, Police, Higher Education, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Sindh, and Balochistan were among the teams that took part.
Each team competed against other teams in a total of fifteen pool-format matches. Throughout the championship, players displayed their physical condition and technical prowess, while all teams showed spirit and good sportsmanship.
Secretary General’s efforts ensured the event was successfully organized.
