ISLAMABAD: According to Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Pakistan has sent Gaza its eighth shipment of humanitarian goods by sea on Sunday.
“Winterized tents, tarpaulins, blankets, medicines and food supplies” make up the 400 tonnes of help.
In a post on X, Dar stated that the consignment would be delivered to the Gazan people by the Egyptian Red Crescent after being accepted in Port Said by the Pakistani Ambassador to Egypt.
He declared, “Pakistan remains committed to meeting our brothers and sisters in Gaza’s urgent humanitarian needs.”
