ISLAMABAD: The News reported on Wednesday that Pakistan has engaged the services of three law firms to challenge its case at the Court of Arbitration in Paris about Iran’s move against Islamabad for not finishing its share of the bilateral gas pipeline and having a 750mmcfd gas intake.
According to Law Division and Attorney General’s Office sources, the federal government has hired reputable international law firms White & Case, Three Crowns, and Willkie Farr Gallagher, as well as one principal counsel based in Australia who is also well-known worldwide as one of the top attorneys in the oil and gas infrastructure industry.
