To make travel between Rawalpindi and Karachi easier, Pakistan Railways will run the Summer Vacation Special Train (49-Up, 50-Dn) from July 5 to July 30.
The special train (50-Dn), which will run on July 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26, and 29, will leave Rawalpindi on July 5. It departs at 12:30 and should arrive in Karachi Cantt around 2:15 the next day.
The return service (49-Up) will depart Karachi Cantt at 8:45 p.m. on July 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, and 30 and arrive in Rawalpindi at 10 p.m. the following day.
The expedition would stop at several major stations, including Jhelum, Lalamusa, Gujrat, Wazirabad, Gujranwala, Lahore, Raiwind, Okara, Sahiwal, Khanewal, Bahawalpur, Khanpur, Rohri, and Hyderabad.
