Pakistan’s gold prices increased Tuesday after a global price spike.
The price per tola increased by Rs1,000 to Rs277,400, while 10 grams of gold saw an Rs858 increase, reaching Rs237,826, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
This follows a Rs2,000 increase per tola on Monday.
The international gold price also climbed, reaching $2,662 per ounce (plus a $20 premium), a $10 increase from the previous day.
Silver prices, however, remained stable at Rs3,400 per tola.
