Pakistan sent its thirteenth consignment of humanitarian aid to Gaza’s war-torn populace. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif gave the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) instructions to organize the delivery.
100 tonnes of winterized tents and blankets are part of this most recent shipment, which will be shipped on Saturday from Islamabad to Amman, Jordan, for use by those in need in Gaza.
Advisor on Legal Affairs Barrister Aqeel Malik, Palestinian Ambassador to Pakistan Zuhair M. H. Darzaid, and officials from the NDMA, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Pakistani Armed Forces attended the send-off ceremony at Islamabad International Airport.
In order to help the people of Gaza and Lebanon, Pakistan has supplied 1,381 tonnes of relief materials thus far.
